Sketch o’the Week- Doctor Who: Matt Smith
June 5th, 2013 | Posted in Sketch O'The Week
The last of the Doctor sketches! Here is Matt Smith, the current Doctor and number eleven overall.
You can see the full series here, and my limited edition print will be ready to debut next month at Comic-Con, followed by sales here on the blog until they are gone. By the way, these sketches are just studies. . . the final illustration will likely have some different takes on the various Doctors (although I did like the way the last four turned out).

Love this – wonder Who the next Doctor will be? Dave
ah, pencil sketches… Love em! Im inspired now to draw on some paper! Thanks TR!
That is absolutely beautiful Tom.
Now draw John Hurt. Yes John Hurt, who appeared in the season finally, as The Doctor.
Nope. Nobody knows the details about him, so he’s not officially an incarnation of the Doctor until his timeline is explained. I also didn’t draw Richard Hurndall, who played the first doctor in “The Five Doctors” after Hartnell’s passing.
There is one other Dr Who, at least:
Dr. Who and the Daleks (1965)

Not the greatest version, but still a version.
I’m going with the list I’ve got, according to a couple of good friends that are major Doctor Who geeks. Peter Cushing isn’t on it.
Good call.
