I love the MAD 20 issue, not just because the Usual Gang of Idiots tends to hit the “20 Dumbest…” out of the park, but because I often see past Idiots I wish I’d see more of (Roberto Parada, Gary Hallgren, Ty Templeton, Mark Stutzman, Ward Sutton, etc) with contributions, as well as new Idiots (Tony Moore, Bill Morrison) whose work really hits the mark.

I actually have two pieces in this issue, one being a four page “Lightsaber Manual” written by Scott Maiko. The other is a MAD 20 piece: a spoof of the movie poster for “Brides Maids” starring the corrupt FIFA crew, written by Matt Lassen. I’ll post a peek at that stuff when MAD gives me the ok.

Speaking of the digital iPad version of the magazine, they always put in a bonus classic “MAD Fold-In” by the incomparable Al Jaffee, but this issue they also have a bonus reprint movie parody reprint: “The Hunger Pains” by Desmond Devlin and myself.
