Amsterdam Part 2: One Day Workshop?
It looks unlikely that I can do a full three day workshop in Amsterdam. The costs of staging one are just too high… I have to charge more than I think people would be able or willing to pay to do it. So here’s a new idea I have been toying with: a single day workshop. This would be a kind of crash course of a class, eliminating some of the extras like my inking and illustration coloring demos, the live caricature round robin, my work retrospective, and a few other things and getting right to the fundamentals of my theories behind seeing and observing, exaggerating and drawing, capturing likeness and “presence”, and then doing one big full class critique at the end. Doing only a one day workshop brings the costs down considerably, and I would charge €200 for the workshop. Believe me, those taking this would not be getting the full experience that the three day workshops brings… for example, I would allow more than twelve students… but it’s a chance to get the roots of the workshop in and it would be a lot more affordable.
So, polling those who would be interested in a one day wonder of a workshop in Amsterdam, likely on Jun 22nd, 2019?

I would take it as i would have paid for the full three days. I think the chance of learning from you one on one is a great opportunity for me.
Hallo Tom,
This seems very hood Can you conform this journey.
Jef
I’m still working on it.
Even two days should be possible and verhaal good.
