Tom's work first appeared in MAD magazine in issue #399, Oct. 2000, with the feature "Gadgets to REALLY Make Home Theater Like Going to The Movies". In issue #403, Tom did his first artwork for one of MAD's trademark TV/film parodies- "Malcontent in the Muddle".

Over the years he has become MAD's principal movie and TV parody artist, with virtually every issue featuring a multiple page feature parody of a hit TV show or film with art by Tom.
