I did this two page spread for Sports Illustrated Kids back in 2011. It was a goofy, fun feature where (then) current NBA players had their own mall with gag stores, etc. I can’t find any tearsheets so I do not know who the writer was. READ MORE

Back in the 80’s and 90’s I did a lot of airbrush work, including the occasional piece of clothing. I still have this Val Kilmer Batman I painted on the back of a motorcycle jacket around 1995 or so. READ MORE

I did these spot illustrations for Cleveland Magazine back in 2011 for a story on oddball events in the city that year. They included a zombie bike race, a concession called “Slaphots” where you got a shot of booze and a slap across the face, and a very expensive foodie buffet. I found my pencil sketches for them as well. READ MORE

A few days ago the official “Daily Coronacature” subject was SNL alum Leslie Jones, so I posted a caricature of her and Kyle Mooney I had done as part of an illustration of the full 2017 Saturday Night Live cast. A few people asked to see the full piece. Here it is. I did this as a personal commission for another member of the Not Ready for Prime Time Players, Bobby Moynihan. I did this spot illustration for Scholastic back in 2007. I can’t remember what the feature was or what it was about, but it’s the four stars of “High School Musical”, Corbin Bleu, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and Zac Efron. READ MORE

I did this back in 2016 after “Superman v Batman” Dawn of Justice” came out… just for fun. It was a satirical commentary on how director Zack Snyder can take all the fun and joy out of virtually anything. I pitched it to MAD for the Fundalini Pages but they didn’t go for it, so I just posted in online. Here it is again about 5 years later, with an update! READ MORE

Since this Sunday is the Super Bowl, here are a series of spot illustrations I did back in 2010 for Penthouse for a gag article about the big game. They were illustrating a “timeline” following a typical guy’s day on Superbowl Sunday. There were a lot of other joke moments in the day but these are the ones they wanted me to illustrate: READ MORE

These are character designs I did for an animated show pitch back in 2009. It was a political parody sort of thing that did not get picked up. They all have their arms out like that because the animation people wanted then that way. I did full “turnarounds” on some others but these were just samples for the pitch. READ MORE
