I promised a pal of mine I’d do a sketch of Tom Brady for him back when the Bucs won the Superbowl… just getting around to it now. Love him or hate him, the guy has won seven Superbowls. READ MORE

I’m traveling today (remember “traveling”??) so no new SotW. Here’s an old one that I still like of auteur David Lynch, originally done circa 2003 or so, updated with the graytones for use my book. READ MORE
Well, it’s not really a “Sketch o’the Week”. Rather, it’s one of the original inked pieces from my recently revealed “History of the Sitcom” key art illustration. This one is Henry Winkler as “The Fonz” from “Happy Days”. CNN would not give me permission to do a print of that art, and they have no plans to do one. However I do have all the original inked art, so a few people can get a part of this illustration via one of the groups of characters. I have them all available in the Studio Store. Get ’em while they are still gettable. READ MORE
I’m doing a series of “Sketch o’the Week” caricatures of classic TV sitcom stars, and this week’s subject is Michael J. Fox circa early 80’s as “Alex P. Keaton” from “Family Ties”. As always, the original is available in my Studio Store. READ MORE
This week’s SotW is of actors Carroll O’Connor and Jean Stapleton as Archie and Edith Bunker from the classic sitcom “All in the Family”! As always, the original is available in my Studio Store. READ MORE
Here’s a couple of “live caricature style” commissions I did for my last “Virtual Artists Alley” event. The buyer already had me do a few “Dukes of Hazzard” caricatures for him, so he’s completing the cast with Daisy, Uncle Jesse and Cooter, and Enos and Cletus! The older ones are also below. READ MORE

This week’s sketch is pulling double duty as my SotW and as an other example of a sketch that anyone who backs Des and my book CLAPTRAP at the “Schmendrick” level will get drawn in their copy. The standalone original sketch of this is available in the Studio Store. READ MORE
I’m still on my hiatus from doing a new “Sketch o’the Week”, so here’s yet another “mock MAD cover” commission from last month’s “Virtual Artist’s Alley” event. This one is a recreation of my Al Jaffee caricature from MAD #14. Brush pen and Copic markers on 9×12 bristol. READ MORE
