Extreme Home Makeover for Animated MAD
October 5th, 2010 | Posted in MAD Magazine
Last night’s Cartoon Network’s MAD episode featured a segment with some of my artwork… the “Extreme Home Makeover: Fortress of Solitude Edition”. Here is a sampling of some of the art I did for it:
According to the Cartoon Network’s schedule, next week’s episode will also have one of the segments I worked on… “The Batman Family Feud”.

Your Caesar Romero Joker is tremendous. You nailed, nailed his expression! I didn’t see the episode, but I hope they switched his hair color from green to orange shot by shot.
These are hilarious! I agree about Joker – you even got the makeup over the mustache! Haven’t seen the episode yet. Can’t wait!
Hey Tom, speaking of which, have you heard from your daughter lately? If not you should ask her about Extreme Makeover – a lucky Moorhead family got chosen and the show is shooting an episode just a couple blocks south of the Concordia campus all this week! It’s been nothing but hysteria up in the F-M area these last few days. Can’t wait to see some obnoxious Ty Pennington on a Zamboni when it airs.
Hi Tom incredible characters, awesome likeness i hope to see them interacting soon on the MAD show, i cant see it on your link cause it says that only for USA watchers, so i have to wait on the cartoonnetwork channel for latin america. Take care.
Just another reason why I LOVE your work soooo much…. AWESOME!
Thank, Steve!
