MAD Parody Process Video!
April 10th, 2020 | Posted in General
I just uploaded the saved livestream video of me going through the process of doing a MAD movie/TV parody to YouTube… so if you missed it you can watch it here:
The audio gets out of sync during the video. I don’t know why nor how to fix it. 🙁

Hey Tom, if your video and audio are out of sync make sure you are recording bot at 48KHZ. If the audio is at 44 and video is normally 48 it will cause it to go out of sync later in the video. It’s happened to me.
Hope you are well my friend,
Bruce Outridge
Tom, fascinating and great to see how it’s done. As a suggestion, would love to see how you actually digitally color your work, as you said you might do. On this video, the whole splash scene had color added with a couple of clicks, but you must color each face, piece of clothing, etc., with a pen or brush. Would like to see how you do the work, solids, and especially how you do intricate stuff like plaids. Keep up the great work!
So you have to draw around the word boxes? It seems like there should be a way around that. How do you maintain the line weight to make it look like the drawing is behind the box?
Very carefully.
