NYCC Commissions!
November 24th, 2020 | Posted in General
Now that the craziness that was the CLAPTRAP crowdfunding campaign is done, I’m finally able to devote some real time to the drawing board. I’ve of course been at work on CLAPTRAP, but I’ve also been slowly chipping away at a huge list of NYCC “Virtual Artist’s Alley” commissions from last month. Here’s a smattering of some of the “live style” caricatures I have done. Some of the people in these are the folks who commissioned the drawings and asked to be drawn as characters with the favorite TV/Movie stars.

Clearly the guy with the beard and glasses is a regular customer – I also seem to remember him from the Holiday caricatures as well. If anything he should be drawn as Norm from Cheers!
Yes, that’s Joey, who has bought a LOT of commissions of this and other types from me. I’ve drawn him at least a dozen times. That’s his wife as a “fun girl” with Floyd the barber and Gomer. That’s one of his grandkids with the Sweeney Todd caricatures. He’s a veteran and formerly served on Air Force One. Great guy !
Those are genius. I love that you are sharing them with us!
