Offically Out of Stock!
October 23rd, 2012 | Posted in News
It finally happened, I am totally out of copies of The Mad Art of Caricature. I am supposed to have the third printing in stock by this Monday, but we will see if the shipping people stay on schedule. In the meantime, there are still a few copies on Amazon, and they sell it cheaper there (but unsigned!), but they will be out shortly as well. My apologies to those looking for a signed copy.

Tom,
It’s this time this month from when you mentioned last month that you would mention this month about a special edition of your book? 🙂 Is the special edition a larger volume? more pages?
-George
Waiting until I have the third printing in stock. Soon.
Ok, i will hold off on ordering the book until i find out what i might be missing out on 😉
Thanks Tom!
Unlike Apple, who are happy to take your full price payment for a 6 month old “new” iPad 3 knowing the “iPad 4” will be released the next day, I would suggest you wait for a week. What I’m planning with this special edition is something I never thought I’d do and I can guarantee I’ll never do again. Not everyone will think it’s something they want, or worth it, but it will be unique.
Tom,
I am very happy to have found your book, that I am studying page after page.
I have a question regarding the afterword by Sam Viviano.
I believe it would be of high interest to see some of the drawings you submitted in 1999, and some of the ones you showed him “about a year later”.
And of course to know about the training you performed in between!
Many thanks again for sharing your extremely valuable expertise.
Andrea,
