Sketch o’the Week- William Shatner!

I’m in Germany right now visiting with my son who is studying here for the summer, so this week’s SotW will have to be another cheat. At my caricature workshops I always ask the class to pick subjects for our warm up sketches, and then I do an image search and pick a picture to work from. This is another one I did as a warmup with the rest of my workshop class in Pittsburgh last month, drawn digitally in about 10 minutes. Here’s the drawing with the photo reference we used:
