Maybe he isn’t in the basement…could just be a cardboard caricature of himself….better check.
I would say you’re in Cuba, but I got a doubt ’cause I can see the cars in the near roads and I don’t know if mis amigos Cubanos have cars like those. I remember they couldn’t have cars on new models, and all of their cars are 50’s-like… but I still think you could be in Cuba or other Latin-American place.
