Workshop Warmups- Raynor Scheine!
February 14th, 2019 | Posted in Sketch O'The Week
This was a rather obscure subject for a warmup, suggested by one of the artists at my workshop this past weekend in Las Vegas: charater actor Raynor Scheine.

When you do these warm ups is it simply “Here the photo and GO!” or is there a break down process you start with first?
These are just warm ups, so we just spend 10 minutes drawing fromt he photo as it’s projected on the screen. No instruction, no direction. However we’d already spent several hours the previous day working on a process for just such a sketch. After 3-4 of these we get back to instruction and process.
10 minutes, 3-4 tries. Thanks. Thats what I was looking for!
Nice! I remember him as Woodstock in “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective”! Good job, Tom!
